Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contacts (worldwide) by weekly visibility by contacting via fax/phone/email, etc., as well as visitations
- Account ownership responsibility involving sales and relationships
- Contacts new operators via fax, phone, email, etc.
- Answers ILS calls and quote stock items at a fair market value
- Answers faxed inquiries via fax at fair market value
- Processes all sales orders
- Performs technical research
- Processes repairable stock items to be sold and tagged by FAA JAA facility
- Coordinates with Repair Group to send out all regional material for repair
- Follows up all backorders and expedite all orders as necessary
- Researches interchange-ability, alternates, and convert-ability of parts with OEM's, overhaul facilities, etc.
- Assists outside sales staff with quotations, research, sales, purchasing.
- Assists in training of other personnel
- Limited authority to purchase parts as designated in the division's SOP and /or Work instruction
- Full authority to make purchases for sales
- Limited responsibility for stock parts and sales pricing as designated in the division's SOP and/or Work Instruction
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:
- 5+ Years Experience in related field
- 2 Year college graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with all people
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in the utilization of the Inventory Locator System
- Thorough knowledge of the Illustrated Parts Catalog
- Thorough knowledge of the industry requirements
